Sushi in Florence

From the East, an experience that amazes all the senses

In accordance with the techniques and millenary traditions of our land of origin, we have decided to reinterpret sushi in a modern and contemporary way. Original combinations, refined ingredients and innovative techniques characterize each of our creations, which will amaze all your senses.
From sight to taste, what we offer you is not simply a dish of sushi but an intriguing and surprising sensory experience.

Japanese tradition meets modernity.

KOKO was born following this philosophy and it offers top quality sushi in the center of Florence, very close to the Arno river.
Elegance, modernity and wisdom: this is what you will find in our Japanese restaurant, a point of reference in Florence for over 10 years.

A contemporary sophisticated proposal

Our sushi restaurant is located in Piazza Ferrucci (“Ferrucci” square) in Florence.
Surrounded by so much beauty, we could not fail to create a sophisticated, minimalist and elegant environment, to satisfy customers with a refined and demanding taste.
Our location is furnished in a minimalist and essential style, where the attention to every single detail reflects the care we put into our kitchen. KOKO is the ideal place to enjoy the modern Japanese cuisine.

Our clients

The quality of the food is beyond dispute, it was all really delicious. There were 7 of us and we tried almost all the uramaki. The staff is very kind and follows you all the time, the owner is very nice.

Heroine Lyra

I went to Koko on the advice of my friend, that is, The food was absolutely divine as I expected. If you want to eat quality sushi and special dishes go and enjoy Koko. I highly recommend their tataki.

Giulia

High quality food, they do not have the all you can eat formula but there are dishes that give the opportunity to taste many things at a reasonable price. Obviously the prices are higher than in other restaurants but the quality makes the difference and the quality you pay for.
